He is Associate Professor, Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences and Medical Biotechnology, National Taiwan University College of Medicine, Taiwan. He is an Executive Board member of Chinese Association for Clinical Biochemistry, Taiwan (2019-), and a Member of IFCC Congresses and Conferences Committee (2023-).
He was President of Chinese Association for Clinical Biochemistry, Taiwan (2012-2018), was Chair of the Congresses and Conferences Committee of the Asian-Pacific for Clinical Biochemistry (2021-2023), Congress Organizing Committee Chair of APFCB Congress 2016 Taipei.
